For exchanges, the return shipping cost and the forward shipping cost for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.

- Custom-made designs or products with special sizes not listed on our website are not eligible for exchange.
- If you exchange a product for a lower-priced size, the difference (minus the shipping cost) will be provided as a credit note for your next order.
